Last Sunday at Bnei Akiva, we learned about Gilad Shaer who was one out of the three beloved boys that were kidnapped and murdered in 2014. Gilad was always such a happy boy who loved to smile and laugh just as much as he loved to cook and bake. In honor of Gilad we made homemade pizza so that his legacy will continue to live on. Afterwards, we all sat down to watch the movie “pay it forward” which taught us a valuable life lesson. That no matter how young or small everyone has the potential to make an impact and is capable of changing the world. Thank you to our amazing shlichim for making this inspiring event possible!
