This past weekend was our Hadracha Shabbaton in Silver Spring, Maryland. It was an amazing weekend filled with singing, learning, and becoming the best madrichim! We kicked off our Shabbaton with a meaningful and inspiring Kabalat Shabbat, wearing our Tilboshets, and inspiring the youth around us to also be involved in Bnei Akiva. Then we had a hadracha dinner: consisting of yummy food, singing zimirot, and hadracha bonding! After dinner we had a round robbin led by our Rosh Snif and Rosh Za”ch – a quick robbin discussing key aspects of a successful Snif and how to be the best dugma eishit’s we can each be! Shabbat afternoon we came together for a Seudat Shlishit. Overall, our shabbaton was a hit! We all grew as madrichim and bonded amongst each other!! BASS cannot wait for a great year of Bnei Akiva in Silver Spring!
